Ferraro Choi Receives Contract For Planning and Design of High Technology Development Corporation’s Facility to be Located on Kakaako Makai Lot C

The scope of services generally consists of preparation of a Master Plan for the entire Lot C project site, which is approximately 5.5 acre site and is located in the Makai Area of the Kakaako Community Development District. The scope of services will also include the design services for the first phase of buildings to be constructed on the project site.
