Offices of Queen Liliuokalani Trust

In 2016 QLT expanded their existing 11th floor corporate offices at 1100 Alakea Street by developing new offices on the 8th floor. The additional 4,800 sf of office space will accommodate evaluation, planning, research, and administrative staff as well as provide flexible work space for staff visiting from the Neighbor Islands.

QLT requested a playful, open, and highly flexible design that would encourage collaboration and accommodate a wide range of spaces for team members to work in groups or individually. The program requirements included:

24 workstations with the flexibility to add future stations
1 large conference room
4 small meeting rooms
Kitchenette and coffee bar
Copier/printer room
Waiting area near elevators
