PROJECT ARCHITECT/MANAGER
Immediate opening for a Project Architect/Manager with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of commercial and/or institutional experience with an emphasis in Construction Administration. The ability to coordinate and produce a complete construction document set is essential. Experience in sustainable design, construction administration processes, and managing a minimum five-person architectural team with consultants/engineers required. Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in the State of Hawaii, and have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator. Project management, client contact/retention, and leadership skills required. Accredited Architectural degree and licensure required. Microsoft Office and AutoCAD experience required. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator or other CAD technologies highly desirable and preferable. LEED accreditation is highly desirable and preferable.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION ARCHITECT
Immediate opening for a licensed Architect with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of focused construction administration experience on commercial, educational, and institutional projects. Experience and knowledge of construction phase management, construction documents, preparation of addenda, responding to Requests for Information (RFI), consultant coordination, review of detailed shop drawings and change proposals and preparation of punch lists. Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in the State of Hawaii, and have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Revit. Accredited Architectural degree and licensure required. LEED accreditation is highly desirable.

ARCHITECT
Immediate opening for an Architect with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of commercial and/or institutional experience. Experience and knowledge in the preparation of design, construction, and planning documents in areas of general drafting, cadd operation, and graphic delineation. Capable in the preparation of design development and construction documents.  Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in the State of Hawaii, and have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator. Microsoft Office and AutoCAD experience required. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator or other CAD technologies highly desirable and preferable. INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER/ PROJECT MANAGER
Immediate opening for an Interior Architectural Designer/Project Manager with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of commercial and/or institutional experience.  Experience and knowledge in the preparation of design and construction documents.  The applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes in the State of Hawaii, and have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator. Microsoft Office and AutoCAD experience required. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator or other CAD technologies highly desirable and preferable. Architectural License and LEED accreditation highly desirable.  Provides design and drafting direction and some support for a variety of interior design projects including developing interior design environments for institutional, educational and commercial/industrial buildings. Able to initiate and perform all aspects of a project from design through construction. Performs design and project management duties in the planning, design, and installation of interior architectural projects.
