The Hawaii Gateway Energy Center by Ferraro Choi is Listed as One of Top Ten Green Projects by AIA/COTE for 2007

Ferraro Choi received national recognition by having one of its projects, the Hawaii Gateway Energy Center, listed as one of the nation’s Top Ten Green Projects for 2007 by AIA/COTE, the American Institute of Architects Committee On The Environment. COTE annually selects 10 new examples of sustainable architecture and green design solutions that showcase excellence in sustainable design principles and reduced energy consumption.

COTE’s Mission is to advance, disseminate, and advocate—to the profession, the building industry, the academy, and the public—design practices that integrate built and natural systems and enhance both the design quality and environmental performance of the built environment.
